Is it possible for Apple to provide WiFi data usage for iPhone XS for a particular period of time? I have a case with my internet service provider and this information is needed to resolve the case.
I would greatly appreciate your kind and swift assistance in this matter.

Not sure that is where you should be looking for WiFi data usage. If this is a home service issue, try looking into your router's admin pages. They may provide you with the answers you are looking for.

There is no way to know that on an iPhone.
The app dataman in the app store can track Wi-Fi usage.
