Lost the “cap” at the top of my pencil (gen1). It protects the charging mechanism. Where can I purchase or secure it?

The cap is not a replacement item that you can purchase from Apple. However, if you contact Apple Support - and ask very nicely - they may be able to help.

Alternatively, it has often been reported that there are third-party replacements available online. Perhaps start you search on Amazon - or a well known auction site.
