Depop Sale - Money Held

Hi, I have made 3 x sales on Depop with the buyer using Apple Pay. Depop advises the money had been paid and it would be in my bank by 22nd, 23rd & 24th June but none of them have come through to my bank. The buyer has shown her payment has gone from her bank and has confirmed that the items sold have been received by her. Does anyone know what I have to do to get my money? Thank you in advance.

My money disappeared after paying in the online store via applepay. Hi! I made an operation through applepay and I was debited money, but I did not receive the goods in my online store due to the fact that they did not receive money.
