i took my 6s Plus in to get the battery replaced at Best Buy this afternoon and diagnostics say my phone has been replaced. i have the original box i bought it from Apple store and the serial number on box matches what showson the phone. help

That might occur if there was a problem with the phone and Apple sent a replacement, and the original phone was never returned.
