Apple replaced my iPhone last year there’s now a fault with the battery

I had an iPhone 11 Pro which Apple replaced last year, today my battery has gone from 90% to 10% in 8 minutes and has been on charge today around 6 times due to the battery constantly dying I’ve tried entering my serial number and it keeps saying serial number invalid so I cant arrange a repair ? Any suggestions
