IPhone 11 Pro Audi A4 Connectivity

Have an Audi 2017 A4. Just upgraded from iPhone 6s to iPhone 11Pro. No issue pairing phone but connectivity is inconsistent. Calls drop. Bluetooth cuts in and out (e.g. pick up on phone then it goes to car speaker or picks up on car speaker then drops). Even when I’m on Bluetooth with car speakers listeners can’t hear me. Deleted and repaired device twice already. Had NO trouble with 6s. Anyone have suggestions? Love car. Love phone. They’re just not talking properly.
