Artist image picture (grey microphone)

Does anyone know how to get an image or picture to appear next to an artist in the artist menu instead of having a grey microphone logo? I’ve been on hold several times with Apple and have been transferred 6 times to different people and nobody knows how to fix this. I’ll be in the middle of talking to somebody and they will end the call when they don’t know how to fix it. I’ve read other people having this issue as well. Has anyone figured out how to fix this issue yet? It’s not album art I’m looking to add it’s the image next to an artist I’m looking to add.
