iphone's settings messages "share name and photo" unavailable

hi,

in iphone settings messages,

if i try to turn on "share name and photo", these words appear:

"sharing name and photo not available:

because icloud and imessage accounts are different or are not signed in."

but how can this be? i only have one apple iD account, and i am signed in!
