I cannot get the watch to show only my favorites

I have chosen my dock favorites. At one point I pressed on Show All Apps when I was on the dock. Now I can't get the watch to display only my favorites. How do I get out of All Apps on the dock?

How to setup the Dock to show my favourite apps, instead of recents on my Watch? I used the Dock to keep my favourite apps I use every day on my Watch - it was a very useful and practical feature. With watchOS 10 this possibility is gone: the Dock can be used only to see my recent apps. In fact, I cannot even find the Dock in Settings! Rebut it, please, if it is not so! :(

Apple Watch Series 4 Dock Not Switching to Favorites I’m at a loss. I’ve read all of the advice on this question, and nothing is working. I want my dock on my Apple Watch to show favorites, not recents. I changed the dock setting to favorites in the watch app on my phone. I have restarted my phone and watch. I have unpaired and paired my Apple Watch, even setting it up as a new watch. I’ve tried just having one app in my favorites to see if it shows up. Nothing works. My dock remains stuck on recents. Does the Series 4 watch just not have the option of favorites for the dock? Is their a solution that I missed in all of my research? I simply want this one simple setting to work like it’s supposed to.

having the same issue - tried to checkmark the favorites and deleted all of them that were showing and then just added one back. Then rebooted phone and watch. Still no go - still showing all apps on my watch.

That does not work. Even after rebooting phone and watch. Even after deleting all favorites and then adding them back one at a time. Is there a period of time for the phone to sync with the watch that could be causing this? (I don't think so, since I've had it on Favorites for a few days now)

There are 2 choices for the dock

Recents

Favorites

Make sure Favorites is checked

From you iPhone>Watch>Dock
