Apple id

I was going logging into my account on safari. and the map popped up to allow or don’t allow for the two- factor authentication. and it was all the way in a different place but at the same time i was logging in? is that me still trying to log in or another person because i clicked allow cus i figured the address was messed up ??

If this is an e-mail you received, or a popup on the screen,  about the time you were actually logging in, there is probably nothing to worry about. The location in the e-mail is where your ISP reported it. If their servers are in a location distant from you, there will be a large error. Based on other posts I have read, the distant error can be very large.


If it was someone else, since you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, as long as they can't access one of your trusted devices, they can't get a code and sign in. You should be okay.
