Problem with Wallet & Apple Pay

Hi,


I'm having issues with adding cards to Wallet & Apple Pay on my new iPhone 11. Previously, I was using the app fine on my old phone, iPhone 7, but now there aren't even options for me to add my card details.

I have tried adding cards on Wallet app, but the + sign on the right hand corner is not available. I have also tried adding it on settings --> wallet & Apple Pay, but I do not even have 'Wallet & Apple Pay" option available on setting.


I deleted my old phone from my apple account, but still faced with the same issue.

Can someone advise me how I can resolve this issue or am I just unlucky and was given a faulty phone?
