Appstore does not show certain apps, and when I checked on my friend

Certain apps are not displayed in AppStore, even though I know it is available for the other iPhone users. I have encountered this problem for quite a while, a few years at least. (App example - Tumblr)

Also, I don’t know if it is related or not, but Instagram does not have the music sticker and some other additional updates. So just to check it, I downloaded some other social media apps like TikTok, and faced the same issue. It does not allow me to add music to the videos.

I tried solving the issues by checking the iPhone settings, Apple ID settings, etc. it does not seem to work.

iPhone 11 Pro (faced the same issues with my previous phone iPhone 8 as well)

Waiting for your response,

Thanks

Thank you for checking restrictions and getting back to us with what you found. We'd like you to check the Country/Region of your Apple ID.

Manage and use your Apple ID -- Log into your Apple ID account using a browser on your computer or your device. Select "Account" then scroll down to Country/Region. If it's showing the country or region different than the Country/Region you're located in. If you have a friend who has applications available that you aren't able to find, see if they're also willing to confirm their's as well.

Get back to use when you're able.

Cheers!

Hi there, aya777.

After reading your post, it appears that you're not finding certain applications available in the App Store on your iPhone 11 Pro. Good job checking your iPhone and Apple ID settings to correct the issue. We're glad to help with this.

Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- Check Content & Privacy Restrictions, iTunes & App Store purchases, Prevent explicit content and content ratings in Screen Time. If you change any settings in Content & Privacy Restrictions, check the apps.

Let us know how that goes.

Take care.

Again, thank you for getting back to us with that information, aya777. We'd like to make sure you're fully connected to the App Store on your iPhone.

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services -- Even though you're connected with the App Store, some of the apps aren't showing. Use the steps in this article to make sure.

Let us know the results when you can.

Kind regards.
