iPhone Calls on other devices not working

My phone, iPad and Mac share the same Apple ID. The phone XS setting Calls On Other Devices will not turn on. I get a box stating Cannot Turn On Calls On Other devices unless the same Apple ID. They are all on the same Apple ID. I only have one. Mail, photos, messages all show up on all devices. I don’t know why this started or how to fix it.

please advise.

Calls on other devices is inconsistent (iPhone X) I have my iPhone X “Calls on other devices” activated for my iPad Pro 12.9 (5th gen). It previously worked, before I revised the OS to iPadOS 15.3.1. Or maybe it was the same upgrade on the iPhone that caused the problem. The iPad Pro receives texts intermittently and phone calls not at all. Both texts and calls were successful until recently. In addition, the iPhone X shows two iPad Pro 12.9 devices. I only own one. There’s no way to identify the specific iPad Pro 12.9 device in the “Calls on other devices” setting on the iPhone.

I can not receive calls on my new iPhone 12 mini. In connection with new phone, I copied everything from my old iPhone using the wizard on the new 12 mini. When someone call me, the call will not show at all on my phone. After a few minutes after the caller hang up, my phone shows missed call from actual caller. In addition, my contact list is not working. I can see it, but that's all. When I should call someone I need to call from "favorites" or "recent calls" or dial the number directly. I have deactivated do not disturb.
