Settings > General > Profiles

Settings, general, profiles & device management. If that setting does not show, you do not have an MDM profile installed.

Note that not having an MDM profile does not mean you cannot have an MS exchange account or outlook account security profile installed as those are not the same as MDM profiles - they are simply tied to the email account installed.
