Middle side of screen is not working

Today the middle side of my iPhone screen decided to stop working , I have restarted the phone and the keyboard and Still the same , can someone help me?! Thanks in advance!

go to "Contact Support" at top right of this screen (drop down arrow on phone version) and look for Repairs
