Bluetooth voice not played on my BMW 3 Series

Hello, I am trying to play audio output from my iPhone X on BMW with Bluetooth connection but I am unable to do so. I cannot play any music (from Spotify, Amazon Music, etc), navigation audio from Google maps, Waze. I have paired and re-paired several times but this just doesn't work. I connected another android device to my BMW and it works. I am currently using iOS version 13.5.1 (it never worked with earlier versions also).

I did lot of googling and try to fix this issue myself but never succeeded. I am really frustrated with my iPhone. Is iOS such a ****** software and cannot handle such a simple task of audio output? Shame on Apple. I feel like crushing my iPhone :-( :-(

I need some proper solution which works. Please dont suggest to un-pair and re-pair, reset to factory reset as I have done it hundred times now. Not sure if there is a solution to this issue and as I read various blogs I am not the only one who has this issue but millions of them have this issue. Then why apple is so dumb about fixing this issue.

Any help is highly welcome...
