AU instruments forget settings after program restart

After restarting Logic Pro X (full updated) some of my 3rd party AU instrument's that I'm using in the session will now have a * next to them, meaning it couldn't find the preset and defaults to the original version or defaults to nothing, and it won't create a sound unless I remove the AU instrument and then add it back on. I think this is a Logic/Mac issue because it's happening on multiple AUs, mainly: Arturia Analog Lab and ANA2.

These seems like an access issue, however I've given Logic Pro X full disk access, and I've given every AU as much access as possible.
