It stays "about 2 hours and 21 minutes remaining" for about 20 minutes and then it gives me this error: I tried to move from Big Sur to Monterey thinking that perhaps I needed to go from 11 to 12 before 13. This is the error I get when I try to upgrade to Monterey: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (PKDownloadError error 8.)" I'm not sure what is wrong and I would love any advice on how to fix this. "The file can't be found." on booting... Everytime I start my MacBook Pro (intel chip), I get two error message. Both say "The file can't be found". This has been happening ever since I updated to big sur. I have to click on "OK" (twice) to make them go away. Neither does it tell you what file can't be found. I just updated to Ventura 13.1 and the problem remains. As does the control strip/touch bar issue. Is Apple going downhill...SMH.

if that is error -500, that looks up to Regeion too Big error.

You need to provide MUCH more information to begin to find solutions.

what MacBook Pro 13-in model by year, early mid late, 0 or 2 or 4 thunderbolt ports?

What MacOS version exactly?

what generated this error? what was running, and what were you doing with it?
