Airpods Pro - Noise cancellation not working properly

My Airpods Pro - Noise cancellation are working effectively, and when I am attending calls, they are not getting proper sound and sometimes I get weird noises and disturbances.

Does this happen?? Or will the new ios update replinish this issue??
