App Store acct hacked

What do I need to do if my Apple account has been hacked? I had a new app added to my phone that I did not download. Plus I have had two-factor Authentication turned on for years but was not sent a code to my phone. I’ve changed my password. What else should I do? I keep a credit balance. Thank you
