https://www.apple.com/watchos/watchos-6/ States that WatchOS 6 is compatible with >IOS13 and series 1 watch. Yet the software will not allow update to >watchOS 4.3.2. What's up with that? Is the information given by Apple incorrect. 3 hours on the phone with Tech Support and they don't know.

If your watch will only update to watchOS4 then that would indicate that you have a 1st generation watch and not a series 1.

Iphone XR and Series 2 Watch will not update to watchos 6 states 4.3.2 is up to date. Tried all items listed on web site. Nothing works.
