Downloading a movie

I have just rented a movie from iTunes, the money has come out of my account but when I click on download nothing happens

Cannot download content that I purchased, who do I contact? I have a movie that I cannot download, have tried all of the suggested solutions on the apple website. iTunes purchasing problem I purchased a movie from iTunes on Tuesday this week (today is Thursday) and the payment for the movie has yet to show up on my bank account. No payment has been taken out yet. My sister told me her purchases took 24 hrs to show up, but it’s been 48 hrs and it hasn’t shown up. iTunes still says “pending” but the movie has downloaded fully. Any help?
