Cannot download content that I purchased, who do I contact?

I have a movie that I cannot download, have tried all of the suggested solutions on the apple website. What is strange is that I can purchase the movie again on iTunes, ie it acts like I never purchased it. It is too late to use the link "report a problem". Who can I contact?

if you already tried everything from this article, the only way is to contact Apple support directly
