Forms in Numbers on iPad

Where can I get detailed info about Forms in Numbers? I know how to create & link a Form to a Table, but would like more advanced info. For example: How to put a drop down box on the Form? If one data field is repeated, how to have that value appear in the next record? If you are adding sequential numbers, how to get the form to populate the next number for the field?
