I have the Sundance free trial. I watched the first 4 episodes of a series but it’s attempting to make me purchase the last two. Why can’t I watch everything on Sundance with my free trial?

Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.
NOT SOLVED! Accidentally hit that option and can't undo it.
Not helpful at all!!!!! I try to go to their site and they require me to sign in through my provider. I am no longer on a cable provider, I stream. I signed up for Sundance through the Apple TV app so thought you might be helpful, but apparently not.
