apple tv screen saver won't show location when I use touchpad in lower left corner.

Yes, I have performed a restart from the settings option. I have not unplugged the unit and let it do a cold reset. I have it set for automating updates but have prompted it to check again, so it is current.

I have since performed a power down sequence (removed from the outlet) and I still get no location option. I also have my iPhone XS programmed to be a remote for the Apple TV but it will not enable the location on the screen either.
