in app purchase error

In playing a game, just after logging on, The pop ups to buy come so fast which was clicked on by mistake. I can generally cancel those with the next screen that pops up. This time there was no cancel screen to cancel and the $10.xx purchase went through anyway.

I would like to know that my support ticket will be processed and will get a refund for this overpriced package.

Does anyone have a link for me to chat with support?
