First, try turning it off and on in the usual way. If that doesn't work, try forcing it to restart.

Okay, that's unlucky. Perhaps someone else can suggest something here. Otherwise, visit this page and select your country to find iPhone repair and service options.
I tried all forum options, force restart with home button and volume, plugging phone into charger, going to iTunes.
