I have some apps download to this iPad with current Apple ID login. If I change the Apple ID on this iPad, will all the apps on this iPad be wipes off? Then I will need to download again. Some of these apps that I bought. Will it still stay in this iPad even I change the Apple ID?

If you sign into a different Apple ID, the apps that you have on your device will stay there. However, it will not be possible to upgrade them when updated versions become available.

Post back if you have questions about what you can do if your Apple ID (1) is a third-party apple ID or (2) ends in icloud.com, me.com, or mac.com.
For the avoidance of doubt: If you change your Apple ID, you will NOT be able to update your apps. The post above appears to me to be talking about changing an email address associated with an Apple ID (i.e.the same Apple ID), which is a different thing.
