Extend my apple care on my iPad Pro

Why after run the diagnostic and finished I’m trying to send the results to apple and finish the process to extend my warranty and keep telling me that they doesn’t received yet ! When the email me to open the diagnostic link , i cant open in from the email ,just copy paste the link !
