Earbuds stopped working

I bought 2 pairs of Earbuds through Amazon.com, delivered on March 15, 2020, and now it has stopped working.

I have had my old pair which had been working for years before I needed a replacement. Can anyone give some advice on what can I do?

Hello,

Check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you purchase non-Apple headphones, make sure that they are MFi certified:

Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector accessories
