iPad Pro (2017) Charging Has Become Very Slow

Over the course of a few days my iPad Pro, 2017, charging has become very, very slow...

It will charge, maybe, 5% per hour regardless of what it is plugged into - 12w or 10w wall chargers or MacBook Air - all with different cords.

If I am using the iPad while it is charging it won’t charge at all. It very slowly looses about 2% per hour in that case.

This just began occurring. I have cleaned the charging port, but that did not change anything. Any help would be appreciated.
