How can I download and install iOS 13 when it is not an available option under the software updates tab. I just updated my iPad Air to 12.4.7 and need to get to 13 to download and run GarageBand.

Yeah sorry, the 1st gen Air is too old and it cannot be upgraded further.
Only iOS 12.4.7 is available and I do not have the option to select iOS 13. I have an iPad Air .
