redirected to an advert for Sky when using safari

When using Safari the webpage I’m on keeps being redirected to what I believe is a scam page for a free Sky anniversary prize draw. Pop ups are blocked within Safari settings and I don’t know how to uninstall Safari to start again or even if that would fix the issue.
