Airpods are not working so good

My left AirPod plays barely any sound at all and my right one plays a bit of audio but not that much. And when I put them in a certain way they work better by a bit. I tried different ones from a family member and it was fine audio. Help

I’ve tried resetting everything and gave both AirPods a though cleaning, but the right one won’t work. right airpod not working I got my airpods just about 6 months ago and the right one barely has any sound out of it. It doesn't sound muffled, just quiet. I have already tried resetting them and don't believe that is the issue. how could I get them exchanged for a working pair?
