Hi there, Windyliu!

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are having trouble using the Portrait Mode feature in the Camera app on your iPhone 7 Plus. We'd be happy to help!

First, make sure your iOS software is up to date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. The current available iOS version is iOS 13.5.1: About iOS 13 Updates - Apple Support.

If you are up to date and still experiencing issues with Portrait Mode, the next recommendation we'd make is to ensure that you are the correct distance from your subject, and that the settings for the depth of field are set to create a bokeh background. You can get information on how to do this in the Apple Support article Use Portrait mode on your iPhone - Apple Support.

Cheers!
