After reading your post, it appears that you're unable to remove your boss from the Find My app from your iPhone 6, and we're glad to help with this.

Find friends and share your location with Find My -- With Find My open, tap People then select your boss, scroll down to the bottom of the information screen and tap "Remove Friend" to remove them from Find My.

Get started with a supervised iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- If you're still unable to remove them from Find My, see if your iPhone is supervised and what they're supervising. We also recommend not removing the profile (if found) until you've spoken with your company first.

I think I understand. Rather than removing somoen you've already shard with, its removing someone from the list of contacts to share with.

I believe Dan is referring to the list of contacts you see when you tap the Share My Location option at the bottom of the people tab in Find My.

That list shows recent contacts, and no, there is no way to remove them from that list:

My iPhone doesn't work this way, I don't see anyone unless I click "Start Sharing Location", only then I start seeing people I usually connect with. What I want to be able to do is to only see people I want but looks like Apple shows people I recently got connected with either message or phone call. The only way to work with this is to make sure you don't accidentally click on someone you don't want to. But this is ridiculous as I should be in control of who should pop up in there.
