I uploaded to itunes several weeks ago and am about to launch, and add an episode, but the thumbnail artwork is not visible on the itunes podcasts landing page. It was definitely accepted when I submitted the file, but it's not there.
any advice would be welcomed.

It is 512 x 512px: the minimum acceptable is 1400 x 1400 px, maximum 300 x 300 px, JPG or PNG, RGB, no alpha channel, and less than 500kB. The image is OK with all these parameters except the size. Don't just blow this small image up as it will look pixellated and be rejected sooner or later. Did you submit a large enough image to Podbean? There have been suggestions in the past that Podbean is resizing them - you'll need to take that up with them.

podbean are using the image. When I attempt to submit to itunes it was rejected several times, i initial used an image that was not RGB.
I’m surprised it was accepted if it wasn’t suitable.
how do i replace? Delete and resubmit?

I don't knokw how Podbean works, but the image currently in the feed will never be accepted. So you need to provide an image of suitable size, and if there was an image previously showing the image filename should be different from the filename of that image (though as no image is showing this may not be a problem: it's necessary when changing an existing image).
So just get the image changed in the feed and re-publish it. That's all you need to do, but it maky take some days for the image to appear. If you want, I can check that the image is OK once you've changed it: just post here and ask.
I have no way of even trying to find out what is going on if you don't post the URLs of both your Store page and your feed.

apparently everything is perfect from this end now. but it's 48 hours later and still no image on iTunes.
the image is the perfect dimensions. Am I being impatient?
