IPad Pro will not charge

I have tried all options on my IPad Pro. Multiple Chargers, wall outlets, cables, you name it. When I plug it in, it gives me a flashing red battery Icon and nothing more. Cannot hard reset, cannot do anything..completely unresponsive. This device is less than a year old. I have cleaned the plug receptacle several times with a tooth brush....you name it I have tried it ..I need help
