Wifi suddenly slow until reboot mac

Hi everyone. I have a MBP mid 2019 and I am experiencing a problem with the wifi.

When connected to my home wifi network, it usually works fine at around 50-60 Mbps, but sometimes (3 or 4 times a day) the connection suddenly becomes terribly slow (<1 Mbps) even if I still have maximum signal, and it won't improve until I reboot the Mac. Rebooting the router or closing all other applications won't solve the problem.

It only does that with my home connection, and other devices work just fine.

My wifi specs during those slow moments is as follow.
