So I took Apple Pay off my phone and every time I go to purchase something it makes me look at my billing address. Everything is right about it so I click ok. Then I go to download it again and it keeps making me do the process over and over! So I tried putting my card back in to see if that would help but nothing is working

go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>tap on each card that may be there and verify the billing address for each card. if all of them are correct and match, try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.
