Why do I have to purchase Fl studio mobile again?

App wanting me to purchase when I've already purchased I purchased the pro version of an app a long time ago and added a family plan. I haven't been on the app for along time and it now asks if I want to buy the "pro" version again so I thought it had expired or something so I tried to buy it again and it says I already have it. App Store shenanigans I need help downloading an app I already paid for on my current device. The app was paid for on a older device , but on the same Apple ID. I simply tried everything to download it .I checked purchased with no luck next I to see if it was under hidden but didn’t find anything. So I’m stuck now confused how can I download the app I already paid for. ( The app is Bloons TD 5 HD)
