My iPad Air will not connect to the WiFi at school

The school has a private network and on other devices a log in page has popped up. My iPad Air will not bring up the log in page and it says “no internet”. I have no troubles connecting to my home WiFi. How can I fix this?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
