A cannot create a new reminder's list on iCloud from my desktop, only through the app. There is only an option for creating a new reminder but not one for a new list. Does someone have the same issue?

When an Apple ID is signed in system preferences , and reminders box is checked .
Enter the Apple ID and password at www.icloud.com , in reminders section , if you have yet not created any reminder , in the bottom end of the page you will see a plus sign , click on it .
