I was called by someone I don’t know, asking why I’m continue to call him.

my number is correct and I can see on my inbox he tried to call me several times.

Illegal telemarketing scammers quite often spoof other numbers in the caller ID when they place their automated calls.
You're unlucky enough that one of them undoubtedly used your number for their caller ID.
Report it to the FCC, FTC and your carrier.
