There are so many guides on how to transfer media from your phone to your pc, but not the other way around. When trying to sync videos from my pc to my iPhone, it seems to ignore all of the videos.

I have a folder of .mov and .mp4 files on my PC that I want to move into my phone's photo library. In the iTunes app on my PC, I have this folder selected to sync to iPhone's photos. It recognizes the media, as it says "19 videos", but when I press Sync, it skips all of the videos and only syncs photos even though I have "include videos" selected. How can I fix this problem?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

What about converting it using iTunes.

Maybe the video is not compatible with iOS.
