edit multiple podcast episodes
If I highlight many episodes, then right click and select "mark as played", only the episode I clicked on, not all the episodes I selected, gets marked as played. How can I mark many episodes as played at once?

How do you highlight multiple episodes?
I only seem to be able to edit one episode at a time whether it's to add the episode to my library, mark as played, download, etc. It's just so counterintuitive to only be able to edit one episode at a time when some podcasts have hundreds of old episodes to go through. Let me add all episodes to my library or edit multiple! This is basic stuff that's easy to accomplish on Android.
I found a workaround:
It depends on what view you're in. This problem only seems to apply if you're viewing a podcast station. If you view the episodes in a podcast, you can select many and edit them all at once as expected. Still a bug, but at least there's a way around.
My apologies. I recently switched to iOS from Android because I haven't been pleased with the the glaring missteps Google has taken with their devices and I'm still getting used to navigating the help forums and such.
This is about macOS, not iOS, which to my knowledge has no way to select multiple episodes.
