I am using Logitech’s Slim Folio Pro for iPad, my question is how do you add macron and lower/upper dots on your letters?

You can also still use the onscreen keyboard while your iPad is attached to your Slim Folio Pro. Tap anywhere you can enter text and the onscreen keyboard's toolbar will peek up from the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the inverted chevron glyph in the bottom right-hand corner to raise the onscreen keyboard. Tap and hold on an onscreen key to see available variations.
