I have 2 iPads, an iPadPro and an iPadAir. When I connect the iPadPro to my computer and open iTunes, the songs on the Pro don’t show in the iTunes library. The songs on the Air DO show. How do I get ALL the songs on both iPads to show?

The songs on my iPadPro don’t show in the iTunes library but the songs on my iPadAir DO show. The exact same computer was used to put the songs in both iPads. I need to see the songs in the library for both iPads. How do I correct this please? Thank you.

Hey PeetStarsCoffee,

We understand that you have two iPad devices, and while one has your songs the other device does not.

Make sure that you're signed into the correct Apple ID on the iPad using these steps: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support. If you're using Apple Music, there's a few reasons why you may be missing songs. Check it out under "If a song is missing" here: If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library - Apple Support.

If you're not using Apple Music, you may need to sync the iTunes library to the iPad again.
