Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019 Crashed

Working on Adobe Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC as usual when my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019),2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB (while charging) has an unusual crash. First, everything freezes- except the cursor, which was not interactive with anything on the screen. Then the screen goes off except a few unresponsive icons on the Touch Bar. The screen then completely glitches out forming a noisy red and blue alternated, striped pattern. After a number of times of reverting to the previous stage and this one, the screen goes completely off. After about a 20s long press, the apple logo comes on and the system restarts. It's like nothing ever happened. What's been bothering me is that the laptop keeps slowing down- its much slower in rendering speeds than when I bought it in December 2019. The applications often quit unexpectedly and the cursor freezes on a very frequent basis. Even the speakers aren't as loud as they were when I first got them. The Touch Bar lags (despite this being the highest end model available in my country). Thoughts?
